Fishing Report- Week of 5/1/18

The Bass and Crappie fishing is picking up nicely with many reports from fisherman. Trout are around the 12ft mark, but some are reporting them even deeper. PowerBait, Micetails, and Power Eggs are doing best. We stocked another 1,200lb mixed load of Rainbows and Lighting last Friday 4/27. Don’t forget to check us out on Facebook for...

Fishing Report- Week of 4/23/18

Fishing has been hot, hot, hot since this past weekend!!!  Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, and Catfish have been brought in, as well and tons of limits of Trout!  People have been doing great at 10-12ft deep.  Almost all reports from fisherman are that the Trout have been scattered and you need to move around to find them, but you...

Fishing Report- Week of 4/16/18

We stocked a mixed 1,200lb load of Rainbows and Lightning Trout on Thursday 4/12/18, with another 1,200lb load stocked today on 4/17/18. Trout are still around the 10-12ft deep area, and about 15-20ft off shore. The lake is clearing up, but PowerBait is still working best for most. Bass is starting to pick up, but...

Fishing Report- Week of 4/9/18

Still full and slightly spilling, water clarity is at a stand still for the moment after this past weekend’s rain. We stocked 1,200lbs this past Friday 4/6/18. We have the Fish Sniffers Nor Cal Trout Anglers Challenge coming up in a couple weeks! Scented bait is still working best at about 10ft deep. Don’t forget...

Fishing Report- Week of 4/2/18

The water clarity is starting to clear up, but a bit more debris is floating around the lake. Bass fishing is starting to pick up with the warmer weather. We had stocked on 1200lbs on Friday 3/30, with another load expected to come this week. Trout are in the top 10 feet, morning and evening...

Fishing Report- Week of 3/26/18

We are currently full and spilling. Water clarity is about 1ft, but pretty well clear of debris.  Trout are still shallow, but using scented bait is key due to clarity.  PowerBait, Power Eggs, Micetails, even just adding an attractant to bait makes it that much easier for the fish to find!  The Launch/ RV cove...

Fishing Report- Week of 3/19/18

Alright, we are almost full with only over a foot left to go!!  And with all this rain coming this week we might be spilling.  Water clarity is still good, with only slight debris by the dam area; though could change depending on the amount of rain this week.  Trout fishing has been great these...

Fishing Report- Week of 3/5/18

We came up a little over a foot with this last rain, and hopefully more with more rain coming this week.  We stalked 2,400lbs this week off the spillway point.  Water conditions are surprisingly well considering all the rain we got, no debris floating around and clarity is good.  Trout are still in the top 10ft...
