We are currently only 35′ feet from being full and is still 48% of capacity. We are currently offering a large number of camp sites that are within a rocks throw of the lakes edge, but keep in mind that the walk up and down is getting more difficult everyday. Current surface temp is and average of 78 degrees in most spots which makes for great Bass, Catfish, and bluegill fishing. Trout plants will begin sometime in October when the water temps reach an average of 70 or below. We have gone to a walk-in only system as usual for the off-season camping so if your planning a camping trip just head on out we are usually very slow this time of year. We will start taking reservations again in February 2016. Camping rates are also reduced through the winter to $20/night.
