Luckily the rain hasn’t affected the water clarity. Trout are still shallow (about 5ft) and close to shore ( 7-10ft range). Boaters have been giving more feedback then shore fisherman in the past few days, and they are killing it out there!! Weather you are fishing from shore or bait fishing by boat Power Bait, Mice Tails, and Night Crawlers are still working best. Not many people have been fishing the Dam area, but those that are have been doing well. We also had a last minute change to the Fish Sniffer’s Nor Cal Tournament and they will Be returning this April 29th!!!! The Dock has been producing better at night once the lights come on.
